I am on my way back from BFCC, located at the Hong Kong Baptist Theological Seminary. I was invited a few months ago to deliver a sermon related to Christmas. My message focused on Luke 2:9… "An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified." I asked questions such as "Whyyyyyy were the shepherds terrified and what did they do next and what does that mean for us and how does that relate to today?" Wow, I was not expecting the voltage that bolted through me this morning. Yikes… but it was good… Glory to God. In the coming days I'll refresh the sermon to what it actually ended up being and post a copy here. Stay tuned.
Meanwhile as I got off the MTR (yes, wonderful wife, Tess, I did take the MTR!) at Pacific Place I was greeted by the scene below.
