Church Clean-Up Day

On June 2nd Tess & I were involved in a clean-up day at Union Church. I took some pictures and video that I pulled together into a five minute presentation. The video was played last Sunday, and will be played again this Sunday. The idea is to promote the event for future clean-up days and also acknowledge those helped out on the day. Fun to watch, hope you enjoy. (Sorry, no dancing Chuck!)

  1. It’s becoming quite apparent to me what a great guy you are. I’ll bet your family is proud of you.

  2. Amen to the “other” Charles’s comment. Every word, photo and video that you share with us reinforces that and makes me want to be a better husband and father in my own right.

  3. Michele sent me over to see you, Charles.
That’s a great use of YouTube. A nice way to document the work y’all did and to provide incentive for others to chip in with their labor as well.
I gather your church is a recent one from the guest book dating back to 1963. While I’ve not seen it, according to my father’s uncle, their family church back in the Frisian Islands, off the coast of Germany and Denmark, has a baptism book that goes back to the 1500s. That just boggles my mind.
Oh, and I thought the camera being hosed was funny!
